About Lara Dalch

Lara Dalch (Col ’94) is a Certified Health & Nutrition Coach in Seattle and founder of Dalch Wellness. As a former New Yorker and entertainment marketing executive, Lara understands the challenges of balancing good health with a crazy schedule. With clients nationwide, Dalch Wellness helps busy people balance health, fitness, and lifestyle goals with hectic lives through a practical, “whole life” approach to health and nutrition.

Lara holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia. She is a Certified Pilates Instructor – with certifications from both Core Pilates NYC and Power Pilates – and received her training to practice health coaching via the State University of New York and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She maintains active membership in numerous professional associations including CRAVE and IDEA Health and Fitness Association.

Prior to starting Dalch Wellness, Lara held various positions in marketing and promotions for Classic Media, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Comedy Central, and Wizards of the Coast (now a division of Hasbro). She is an avid runner, with two half marathons under her belt. Her most recent exercise obsession is spinning at Flywheel Sports (NYC and Seattle).
