Kitty Boitnott (Educ ’00) outlines 7 strategies for managing and reducing stress in order to become more resilient and more productive both on the job and at home.

About Kitty Boitnott

Kitty Boitnott, Ph.D., NBCT, RScP (’00) is a former educator turned Career Transition and Job Search Coach with certifications as a life strategies, stress management and holistic life coach. For the last three years, Kitty has been working on reinventing and retooling herself for a professional life after teaching, and she helps others who find themselves at a similar career crossroads. Kitty helps her clients find a career that is personally fulfilling and in alignment with their talents, aptitudes, core values, and sense of purpose in life. She offers assistance with resume writing, cover letter strategy, LinkedIn optimization, and personal/professional branding. In addition to her skills as a Career and Job Search Coach, Kitty is also the author of a book about stress management, and she offers workshops on stress management for teachers.
