Jerry Dunnavant (COMM ’89) is a 1989 graduate of The University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with a degree in Marketing and Finance, and he also completed the strategic planning program of the LandAmerica Leadership Academy at the University of Richmond. Jerry worked for 20 years in the banking and real estate services industry before becoming Director of New Business Development at Access, a marketing and communications agency that serves clients in need of traditional branding, creative design, advertising, web/digital services, social media and public relations. Jerry has guest lectured at Sweet Briar College, The UVA Club of the Roanoke Valley and at the Foundation of the Roanoke Valley on topics centered on the use of social media in the non-profit and business sectors.
